Who am I?
Jessica examines the labels that society uses to define who we are, however she wants to dive deeper into WHO SHE IS? Going into her 36th year, Jessica wonders if she even knows who she is? She dives into the conversation of shame, the little whispers of not being enough. She speaks about the times in our life when we are trying to define ourselves, and who and what that means.
Jessica shares that when you are between "A" and "B" that is an uncomfortable place, but also a place where the magic happens. Jessica shares that she has way more questions then answers! It is still a challenge for her to be in limbo, without knowing all the answers, but she is trying to find a space in her life where she can be ok with being uncomfortable.
When we see a newborn - we gasp in awe, and marvel at perfection. That paradise is not infinate, we quickly loose the perfection and that is a space and place that Jessica would like to get back to. The place that each and every one of us is perfect in our own form, just the way we are. Remember life is beautiful and amazing. Remember that message at your core, let is sink in to your bones. What will these kinds of truth create for the future?
