A widow at 28 is part of my story but not the end of my story.
Suzie's husband was diagnosed with cancer, and she became his care taker, keeping him at home until his passing. After his death Suzie gave herself to her children who at the time were 2 and 5 years old. It has been 11 years and she has struggled with who she is now. Suzie believes that she has more to give to the world. She has lived with the belief that you grow another heart, and feels blessed to welcome a new partner in her life. She says you can love two people equally just differently.
Suzie didn't take on the challenge of grief alone, she surrounded herself with family support, and professioinal guidance to help support herself and her children. The range of emotions is something no one could explain or understand unless you have lived the experience.
Suzie struggled with figuring out her purpose. She is now proud to be looking at opportunities to support caregivers. She is looking to give back to the community because she know firsthand the struggles a caregiver faces.
You can learn a little more about Suzie and her work with Solle Naturals.
