If I show up to you as I am.... will you love me?
Courtney shares her passion for writig, people, horses, and cooking. To the outside it may look as a fragmented life, however Courtney has found that each of these are an expression of the same thing. All of these are an expression of love and compassion.
If it is training a horse, or feeding people or sharing her writings Courtney is an advocate for living a compassionate life. Courtney's biggest challenge is helping others understand that it is not a methodology, but love. It is showing up, watching, and actively loving. It is honoring what the other needs, be it a horse or a person, showing them love from their eyes.
True connection comes when we show up prepared to nourish other people. Relationship studies is an extention of studying horse and human, and what they are bringing to the table and how is it all playing out. If you can share an idea without any verbal language it is a powerful connection. Courtney has a relationship with her horse that has created a wonderful relationship that is built on play and communication at all times.
Connecting compassion is a powerful way to build relationships. Courtney has been practicing her courage muscle by telling others what she thinks, when she sees a beautiful spirit she is compelled to share with the person. Courtney believes that answering the question, "If I show up as I am will you love me?" is the most amazing opportunity to build a true connection.
