Seat belt alert cover could save a life!
Natalie didn't know that her own situation and resources would go viral.
Natalie is a Melbourne, Australia mother of 5 beautiful children aged between 1 & 15 years old. One of my daughters, Shae, was born with a moderate hearing loss. By the time she was 1, Shae had lost most of her hearing. It is now a severe loss in her right ear, and a severe to profound hearing loss in her left ear.
Natalie searched for resources to support her daughter but couldn't find the items she considered necessary, so she started creating her own handcrafted items for Shae. Natalie created a clock with sign language numbers to help Natalie learn to tell time.
In the event of an emergency Natalie wanted anyone who responded to understand her daughter's emergency needs. She has a medic alert bracelet, but that take people time to find. Natalie understands that the first people to an accident are not necessarily trained responders but everyday citizens and ensuring they have information was important for herself and especially for Shae.
Natalie posted a photo of her seat belt cover and that began the change of a lifetime. Natalie's post reached 54 million in 24 hours, and the orders and support began pouring in. As a result Natalie has been creating 16 standardized designs for people, as well as custom orders for those with specific needs.
You can see the designs and other crations by Natalie on her website personalisedbynat.com
The information on these seat belt covers could save a life, make a difference in the response given, ultimately help your loved one! Natalie is excited to share in hopes of a gift back to others for all the help she has received with her daughter.
